Cyndi Burkholder works with Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Vijay Rajendran. She has been with Cardiovascular Medicine since 2010. Her previous experience includes eight years working in the hospital setting with various cardiac units. 

 

Cyndi attended Clinton Community College and received her Associates Degree in Nursing as a Registered Nurse in 2000. She attended the University of Iowa graduating in 2007 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She furthered her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago receiving her Master of Sciences degree and completing the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program in 2010.

 

Cyndi is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.  She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and the Quad Cities APN/PA Alliance.

 

Cyndi’s professional interests include the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease and structural heart disease.
