Informatics Support - Full-time opportunity for Informatics Support Professional in our Moline Office. This position supports the Informatics Department and is responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including preparing patient health information in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) for upcoming office appointments, ensuring all necessary medical records are scanned and indexed into the correct patient EMR, and contacting Physician offices, hospitals and labs to obtain necessary records. This role is also responsible for processing medical record requests, including requests from patients, doctors’ offices, hospitals, insurance companies and law firms, as well as generating and proofreading office visit documentation for distribution and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
Candidates should be professionals with strong written and verbal communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management skills with a positive can-do attitude. RN / LPN - Full-time opportunities for Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses in our Davenport and Moline offices. Responsibilities for this position include managing an assigned physician's practice, by providing support through coordinating his/her schedule, scheduling tests/procedures for patients, managing incoming/outgoing phone calls and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests and patient assistant programs. This position will also be responsible for learning and utilizing the Electronic Medical Records system for effective documentation in patient charts, assessing and preparing any incoming mail for the physician's review, completing incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly, and other duties as assigned. RN, LPN or EMT-Paramedic - Full-time opportunity for a Pacemaker/Device Specialist that will assess, plan, educate, and implement the care of our patients in the Moline and Davenport Device Clinic. This position facilitates positive patient outcomes by performing device analysis, troubleshooting device abnormalities, and utilizing knowledge of EKG and device functions. Responsibilities include in-office device interrogation, arrhythmia identification and limited patient assessments, processing and scheduling remote device checks, telephone triage of incoming calls to the device clinic, communication of test results with patients, patient test follow-up, and assisting in data management for the clinic patients. Includes up to 20% local travel to multiple CVM clinic sites.
Qualified candidates must be credentialed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or EMT-Paramedic and possess a background with strong clinical and technical skills including EKG rhythm identification, multi-tasking, and have exceptional customer service and teamwork skills!! Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation also required.
Certified Medical Assistant - Full-time opportunities for Certified Medical Assistants in our Davenport and Moline offices. Responsibilities include preparing patients for appointments by collecting the patient's weight, vitals, EKG, medical history and refilling prescriptions, patient education, scheduling diagnostics tests and procedures, and maintaining electronic medical records for all patients. Diagnostic Medical Assistant – Full-time opportunity for Certified Medical Assistant for the Diagnostic Department, supporting our Davenport and Moline offices. Responsibilities include performing technically correct stress tests, establishing intravenous access in patients, assist with patient procedure prep and recovery, assist in the coordination of patient procedures, enter pertinent data in the clinical record, and assisting our physicians with vein procedures. Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiovascular Medicine, PLLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to support an Electrophysiology/Cardiology Practice. This opportunity is within a large, well-established cardiology practice.
Responsibilities include utilization of advanced nursing skills to appropriately assess, educate, evaluate, diagnose and implement treatment plans for cardiac patients in outpatient setting. Care delivery will include but not be limited to performance and dictation of history and physicals and ability to hold independent office clinics. Previous cardiac experience is required.
