Dr. Foreman received his undergraduate training and his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Minnesota. He completed Fellowships in both Cardiovascular Disease and Electrophysiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He was then appointed and served as both the Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine and the Director of the Cardiovascular Inpatient Wards at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

He is a member and former Governor of the Iowa Chapter of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Cardiology. He is board certified in Electrophysiology.

Dr. Foreman joined Cardiovascular Medicine in August of 1999 and specializes in Electrophysiology. He is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and is available for outpatient consultation and follow-up visits at the Davenport and Dubuque locations. He has staff privileges at Genesis Medical Centers and UnityPoint Health Trinity.
